Medical Form Information:
Medical forms are required before the Scout attends Summer Camp. Please print out 2 copies (1 for Troop, 1 for camp) and submit both no later than June 5, 2025.
Parts A, B, and C must be completed and submitted. The first two pages will provide basic instructions on how to complete the form. Pay particular attention to the "Common Mistakes" section.
Parents may ignore "Part D-MA: Supplement".
Campership Applications:
For those Scouts who require need-based financial support to attend Summer Camp, both councils (Heart of New England & Spirit of Adventure) provide camperships to help pay for camp. Both applications are confidential. These applications expect the parent to pay a partial amount, and if awarded, the campership picks up the remaining balance. You'll be able to find additional information on the application pages.
Heart of New England (due April 1, 2025)
Application is on a first-come first-serve basis. Preference is given to Scouts in-council.
Spirit of Adventure (due April 1, 2025)
Applicants should select "Resident (Overnight)" and for dates "July 21-25".

Refunds will not be granted for scheduling conflicts, no-shows, weather, or behavioral issues.
Refunds will not be granted to Scouts who leave camp by their own choice or are asked to leave camp because of behavioral issues.
Summer camp registrations may be transferred to an alternate session, if space permits, without penalty. Fees may be transferred from one Scout to another within the same unit.

Refunds will be made to the unit (or if attending provisional to the individual) who made the original payment.
